Privacy Policy

The Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to any information about the User that TunService or its affiliates, including all persons belonging to the same group as and TunService (hereinafter referred to as TunService), may receive during the User use of any TunService websites, services, programs, products or services (hereinafter referred to as TunService Services, Services) and during the execution of any agreements and contracts with the User.

The User's agreement with this Policy within the framework of relations with any of the specified persons applies to all of the specified persons.

By using the TunService services, the User expresses their unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of the processing of the User's personal information contained herein; if the User does not agree to these terms, the User should not use the TunService services.

1.Processing of the User's personal information TunService

1.1. According to this Policy, "User's Personal Information" means the following:

1.1.1. Personal information provided by the User upon registration (creation of an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the User's personal data. Information required to provide the Services is marked accordingly. Other information will be provided by the User at his/her discretion.

1.2. This Policy applies only to information that must be processed during the use of the services TunService. TunService does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites which the User can access via hyperlinks available on the TunService websites.

1.3. TunService does not verify the personal information provided by the User and cannot determine his/her legal capacity. However, TunService assumes that the User provides true and sufficient personal information and updates this information. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in the User Agreement for the TunService services (https://tunservice.ru/agreement).

2. Purpose of processing the User's personal information

2.1. TunService collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide services (or fulfill agreements and contracts with the User), except for cases when such information must be stored by law for the period established by law.

2.2. TunService will process the User's personal information for the purpose of:

2.2.1. Identifying the party using the services or the parties to an agreement or contract with TunService;

2.2.2. Providing personalized services to the User and fulfilling agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communication with the User, as well as forwarding notifications, requests and information related to the services TunService and the execution of agreements and contracts, and processing the User's requests and applications;

2.2.4. Improving the quality of services, ease of use, developing new services;

2.2.5. Advertising directions;

2.2.6. Conducting statistical and other types of research and analysis based on anonymized data.

3. Terms of Personal Information Processing

3.1. TunService will store the user's personal information in accordance with internal rules for specific services.

3.2. The user's personal information will be kept confidential.

3.3. TunService has the right to provide the user's personal information to third parties subject to the following conditions:

3.3.1. The user has expressed their consent to such actions;

3.3.2. Such provision is necessary for the user to use a particular service or the performance of a particular agreement or contract with the user;

3.3.3. Such provision occurs as part of a sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), and all obligations under this Policy with respect to any personal information that the buyer may receive will be transferred to the buyer;

3.3.4. To ensure that TunService or third parties can recover damages in the event of a breach by the user of the User Agreement for the TunService services (https://tunservice.ru/agreement), this Policy or documents governing the use of specific services;

3.3.5. Anonymized statistical data obtained as a result of processing the user's personal information by anonymization may be provided to a third party for research, performance of work or provision of services at the request of TunService.

4. Changing and deleting personal information

4.1. The user may change (update, supplement) the provided personal information or part of it at any time by editing their personal data in the personal section of the relevant service.

4.2. The user may also delete the provided personal information for a specific account by sending a request to the support service address support@tunservice.ru.

4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs 4.1. and 4.2. may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may require TunService to store information modified or deleted by the User for the period established by law and to provide such information to government agencies in accordance with the relevant legal process.

5. Processing of personal information using cookies and counters

5.1. Cookies transmitted by TunService to the User's devices and vice versa may be used by TunService to provide personalized services to the User, for targeted advertising shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the services of TunService.

5.2. The User understands that the hardware and software he/she uses to visit websites may have the option to block any actions with "cookies" (for any websites or for specific websites) and to delete previously received "cookies".

5.3. TunService may determine that the provision of a particular service is available only if the User agrees to accept and receive "cookies".

5.4. The structure, content and technical parameters of any "cookie" file are determined by TunService and may change without prior notice to the User.

5.5. The counters placed by TunService within the services may be used to analyze the User's cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the services, and to ensure the performance of the services in general and their specific functions in particular. The technical parameters of the counter operation are determined by TunService and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

6. Measures to Protect the User's Personal Information

6.1. TunService provides the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, deletion, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from illegal actions of third parties.

6.2. Your personal information is stored behind a secure network and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information. 6.3. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. A PCI compliant external payment gateway processes all credit card transactions. We do not store credit card information.
